Side story

While working on my online class, we began looking at equality in the workplace between genders. I soon found out something I had previously though was false, but that women apply for promotions less often than men. Then a floormate here informed me of an article she had read about confidence differences between men and women. This is very interesting, and I wish that it were less true and more women were more confident!
